Alexandra was phenomenal to deal with - she made my condo search incredibly easy. I’m relocating from Winnipeg to Toronto, both of which have very different markets and processes. She was prompt in replying to e-mails, always had answers and jumped at the opportunity to help me out (she was referred to me by a friend of a friend). She sent me listings that became available every day for a few months and set up several listings on my short visit to Toronto. What I really appreciated though was her not scheduling viewings for units that she didn’t think I’d like based on the location and quality of the buildings. This was great considering I know next to nothing about locations within Toronto. I scheduled a 3-day trip to Toronto to look at apartments and by the end of day 1, I signed an Agreement to the first unit I put an offer on. Did you ever deal with a realtor who didn't return you calls? This was NOT that guy! Excellent service, prompt action, (I think the guy works 24/7). Also willing to educate the client about how things work. He works well with the listing agent to get you the best deal and listens to you so that he doesn't waste your time with properties you're not interested in.
